Common questions
How do I get my skills reviewed?
Open Train, pick an exercise, record your attempt and submit it. Your video goes to three reviewers. If you play for a club, they're coaches first: one of your own coaches, then other coaches. Your skill score updates once the reviews are in.
Who can see my training videos?
Only the people asked to review them. Training videos are private. Joga Bonito tricks are different: other players in your sport can see those.
How do I post a trick to Joga Bonito?
Tap the round Joga Bonito button in the middle of the bar, then the + in the top corner. Record a trick or pick one from your phone (up to 60 seconds), add a caption and hashtags, and publish. You'll find your posts under Profile → My Tricks.
How do I join my club's team?
Ask your coach for your team's join code, then go to Profile, tap Join A Team and enter the code.
How do I report a trick or comment?
Tap ⋯ on the post, or on the comment, and choose Report. Content that several players report is hidden until our team reviews it. If something is urgent or makes you feel unsafe, email us as well.
My upload is stuck or failed.
Check your connection and try again. The app keeps your video, so you won't need to record it again. If it keeps failing, email us and tell us roughly when you tried.
I forgot my password.
Email us from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, enter your password and tap Delete My Account. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
This removes your profile, photo, player card, training videos, scores, goals, Joga Bonito tricks, comments and ratings, and your teams, clubs and card album. Reviews you gave other players stay, without your name, so their scores don't change.
Can't sign in? Email support@sport-skillz.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my Sport Skillz account, and we'll delete it for you. Parents and guardians can ask us to delete their child's account the same way. Include your child's name and the email address they used.
